DIY: Key Tags As Drawer Labels

Storage labels in general are great because they allow you to keep track of where particular things are, especially when you don't exactly have the sharpest memory. These days, you can label just about anything: boxes, jars, canisters, folders, you name it.

This extremely simple DIY project is intended for labeling drawers, cabinets, or basically anything with hooks, knobs, or handles. It's very easy to do and will cost you almost nothing.

What you will need:

Round-shaped key tags
Sharpie/marker
Rope/string
Steps:
1. Take the key tags and assign one to each drawer or storage area you want to label
2. Label the key tags with a marker
3. Attach string or rope to the key tag, length depending on the knob or hook you will be hanging it onto
4. Hang the key tags

What's nice is that you can easily replace the tags as much as you like, as often as the contents of your drawers change.

And that was a very straightforward DIY tutorial that you can actually do yourself. Nothing elaborate or complicated, nothing unique or particularly innovative, but something practical and functional.
